Can I Use Curt Dual 2 Inch Receiver Tube Adapter Part # D-192 To Tow 9K Trailer and Carry Bike Rack

I have a 30 tow behind camper I believe that the whole trailer when loaded is about 9000 now i have a heavy duty reciever that has the commention for the sway bar hook up would i be able to use this to tow and hold my bike rack in the top reciever?

The item you selected, Curt Dual 2 Inch Receiver Tube Adapter, 8 Inch Extension, part # D-192, is only rated for a GTW of 3,500 pounds and a tongue weight of only 350 pounds, which your trailer surpasses significantly.
To use part # D-192, you would have to stay within the total tongue weight capacity of 350 pounds, when using both 2 inch receiver openings. So for example, if you had a trailer with a tongue weight of 200 pounds attached, you could only use a bike rack and bikes with a total weight of 150 pounds or less.
We currently do not have available a Dual Hitch Receiver that is capable of 9,000 lb GTW.
Now, I have a solution to carry your bicycles while towing your camper. If you have a ladder on the back of your camper you can use the Stromberg Carlson 2 Bike Carrier, part # LA-102.
