Sounds like you are looking for an adapter to attach to the pin box of your trailer so that it can be towed by a truck with a gooseneck hitch.
For that we have the Convert a Ball part # CAB-C5G that would work well. The ball size it is designed to attach to is 2-5/16 inch like you mentioned too.
