Recommended 2-Bike Rack for Jeep Wrangler with 2 Inch Hitch and 35 Inch Oversized Spare Tire

I am looking for a mountain bike rack for the back of a Jeep Wrangler Sport with an oversized tire 35. I have a built in 2inch hitch and need about 12inch to maybe 12 -1/2 inches out from the center of the hitch pin hole. I only want a 2 bike carrier. What do you recommend?

I have the solution for you with the Saris Freedom, part # SA4412B.
The SuperClamp bike rack can support 2 bikes up to 60lbs each and has a lower mounted support bar for better clearance of your spare. This bike rack will extend out past your large spare tire. The first edge of the inner most wheel cradle is 12 inches. What's great about this rack is that it has adjustable wheel cradles, so this will allow you to make sure that the wheel cradles and your handle bars are mounted to avoid the spare tire.
