will this faceplate work with a falcon model 5250 tow bar assy.

Great news! The Falcon 5250 is compatible with the Classic also known as Standard Baseplates # 410-1 for your 1985 Ford Bronco II.
The tow bar assembly should have the Quick Disconnect Base that will mount to the base plates properly. Check out the attached image.
You will want to check your owner's manual for the specific any instructions and limitations while flat towing your vehicle.
