Will bracket kit 50142 fit this truck and what rails do I need This is the hitch Im using has 10 bolt Reese brackets on it

Yes, the Reese fifth wheel rail kit part # RP50142-58 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2016 Ram 1500 5-1/2 foot bed with Ecodiesel engine.
For just the brackets you would want the part # RP50142.
You should note that your slider hitch is not going to give you enough clearance to make tight turns. Your only option would be to use a Sidewinder pin box and have the slider hitch in the forward position all of the time.
You will need to remove the pin box of the trailer and replace it with a Sidewinder pin box. Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box you have now in order to pick out the correct one.
There should be a sticker or a stamping on the OEM pin box of the trailer that will list the pin box number that is on the trailer.
Once you figure out which pin box you have you can check the FAQ I attached that has a chart that shows the correct Sidewinder to get based on which pin box you have.
