lance short bed camper on a 2002 chevy silverado 2500 with factory installed trailer hitch But they have rocker panal guards the length of the truck he goes off road alot and needs something heavy duty

Custom camper tie-downs that are mounted to the frame of your 2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 with 6-1/2 foot bed will be a lot more secure and stable than the clamp on, bed mount versions. They are custom built for your truck so they're compatible, and they mount to the base of the truck to distribute weight better and prevent the camper from being too top heavy.
For your Chevy the compatible TorkLift Custom Frame-Mounted Tie-Downs # TLC4203 are what you will need for the front. For the rear it depends if your truck is an HD, you will need # TLC3205, or if it's an LD, you will need # TLC3203.
