Hi. I need to get a replacement key for a Voyager XL cargo carrier, made by Pep Boys. The lock has the numbers 2860 engraved on it. Is that something you carry?

For a replacement key for your Sport Rack Voyager cargo box (sold by Pep Boys) we do offer keys from Thule, who makes the SportRack products. Keys are ordered using the code number on the lock cylinder, which is added to the following partial part number: THKEYN. For example, for a lock number 2860 you will use part # THKEYN2860.

We have had customers in the past use the Thule keys on their Pep Boys Voyager XL. For lock cylinder that says 2806 you need Replacement Key part #THKEYN2806.

Since your lock core is engraved with 2856 the correct key you would need for your cargo box would be the #THKEYN2856.
