Are Trailer Scissor Jacks Made for Leveling or Stabilizing a Trailer or Both
Question:
I have a 28foot jayco class c RV Tired of using Legos, and cant afford auto levelers Are scissor jacks for leveling or just stabilizing? I keep reading one or the other.

Scissor jacks on trailers can be used as levelers or stabilizers. They are just not meant to lift up the weight of the trailer so that would limit the amount of leveling they can do. I recommend also using leveling blocks # UF48-979051, or the ones you already have, so that they are doing most of the leveling and the scissor jacks can be used to keep the trailer stable. Scissor jacks aren't meant to support a load off of the ground indefinitely so a secondary leveling device is recommended in this scenario.
