2006 Chrysler Town and Country Trailer Hitch Recommendation
Question:
Buying a trailer hitch for my 2006 Chrysler town and country, 3.8L engine with stow and go seats. I will be towing a 14.5 foot fishing boat. Ill also use the hitch for a cargo rack. What hitch would be best for me.

The hitch I would recommend for your 2006 Chrysler Town and Country with Stow and Go seats is the Draw Tite Hitch part # 75305 which is a confirmed fit and would have more than enough capacity.
For trailer wiring you would then want the part # 118300 which is also a confirmed fit.
Since you wanted to do some towing you might be interested in etrailer ball mount kit # 989900. It comes with 2 ball mounts; one with a 3/4 inch rise or 2 inch drop and one with a 2-3/4 inch rise or 4 inch drop. It also includes a 1-7/8 inch ball, 2 inch ball, hitch pin with clip, and a storage bag.
If the ball mount kit does not include a ball mount with the right rise or drop to tow the trailer level, check out the link I have included that explains how to measure to choose a ball mount to tow the trailer level.
The most popular cargo carrier we offer is the part # C18151 which would work well too since it has a rise built into the shank and can fold up when not in use. I attached a review video that shows it being demoed on a similar Town and Country as yours as well.
