Light Duty Brake Winch that Brake Operates in Reverse

I need a reversing option on a lever action winch within the #400 weight range, will this do it or is there another model?

For the ratcheting style winches like the part # DL16003 that you referenced there aren't any options that allow for a controlled feed out.
For a winch that has a brake that works in both directions the Dutton Lainson part # DL14934 would be a great option. It has a bit more capacity than you would need at 1,200 lbs but it would still work great.
