will the KS3891 fit on a 2015 Porsche Macan?

The K-Source towing mirrors part # KS3891 only require there to be a lip that runs around the outside of the mirror housing between it and the glass.

I checked out pictures of the mirrors that are on a 2015 Porsche Macan and they have enough of a lip for these mirrors to attach to so these will work great for you.

What towing mirror recommended for a 2015 Porsche Cayenne in addition to the KSource Universal Towing Mirror and is this mirror recommended for the Cayenne? Please advise. tY

The K-Source # KS3891 that Jameson recommended is honestly still the best option for your Porsche Cayenne. There isn't a custom-fit model available for this vehicle, and I really like this particular universal unit because of its ratcheting strap system that lets you get a snug fit (to reduce vibration) and quick-release mechanism that lets you easily take them off when it's time to squeeze into a tight parking space or your garage. Another good option though is the CIPA # 40375, which just kind of matches the overall look of your Porsche.
