Are Inputs and Outputs of Camco Dual Propane Tank Regulator Right or Left Hand Threaded

Question:

Hi, are the threads on all three connectors of the Camco regulator 2 pigtail inputs, 1 lower output left or right handed? I ask because I know that the *other* end of the pigtails that attach to each propane tank valve are *left hand* threaded. opposite of normal,ie turn clockwise to unscrew I want to be sure before I break loose the threads on my old regulator! I know brass will strip easily! Thanks! For others info: my old manual switchover two stage regulator made by Marshall Brass in 1978! has the exact same bolt mounting pattern and general design. This Camco should be a plug-and-play modern replacement for that era/design regulator. still works! I just dont trust propane devices that ancient lol...for safety

The 2 inputs and one output of the Camco # CAM59005 Dual Propane Tank Regulator are right hand threaded. I've confirmed this with my Camco representative, just to be absolutely sure. Given the age of your existing regulator, I agree with your decision to replace it for safety's sake.
