Thule Force L Cargo Box TH6357B Weight Capacity
Question:
The cross bars on my car have a maximum weight acceptance of 165 lbs. If I buy the Thule Force L, will it be okay to have a maximum weight load of 110 lbs luggage weight + 39 lbs storage box weight totaling 149 lbs?

As long as you stay under the weight capacities of every item in your setup you will be just fine from a weight capacity standpoint.
The Thule Force part # TH6357B has a 110 lb capacity. If the cargo in the box stays under that and then you stay under 165 total for the rack you would be fine.
You might also check the owners manual of your vehicle to determine what the roof of the vehicle is rated for as well.
