Bike Rack Recommendation for 60 lb Schwinn Cruiser Tour on 1999 Honda Accord
Question:
I have a heavy cruiser tour schwinn weighing about 60 pounds, I would like to buy a rear-end bike rack to carry it for my 99 honda accord 4 door. What bike rack would you recommend?

It sounds like you're looking for a trunk mount bike rack, but these types of racks aren't designed to carry the weight of an e-bike, so that isn't an option for your application.
Instead, I recommend the Kuat Transfer V2 Bike Rack for 1 Bike # KU64FR which is confirmed to fit with your 1999 Honda Accord as long as you have a trailer hitch installed. This rack can carry a single bike with a maximum weight of 60 lbs and the rack itself only weighs 26 lbs, so it's super easy to take on and off the hitch.
If you do not have a hitch for your vehicle, I recommend Curt Class I hitch # C11290. This hitch is confirmed to fit your 1999 Honda Accord and we have test fitted the hitch on your vehicle. This hitch is made from fully welded steel to ensure strength and durability.
I have attached the Curt Hitch installation instructions for you along with a review video of the Kuat Bike Rack.
