Prodigy P3 Brake Controller Installation in 2014 Chevy Tahoe LT with Tow Package
Question:
looking for the correct plug in connector that works with the TEKONSHA P3. Is this the right one? Also, can you show installation instructions / video for this?

Expert Reply:
On your 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe with tow package there is no under-dash connection port for a brake controller but all the wires are already run. For a 2015 model year Tahoe there is a quick-connect harness, part # 3016. The P3 # 90195 includes a pigtail harness that plugs in to the back of the controller and the four wire leads from it will connect to your vehicle wiring.
The linked installation video showing a 2011 model year Tahoe shows you the entire installation and wiring procedure for your Prodigy P3. A helpful article is also linked.
