Will the Yakima LoadWarrior Cargo Basket with Extension Fit a 2010 Mazda CX-9 with Factory Roof Rack
Question:
Im unclear of how you measure the distance between the crossbars shortest distance between two points, middle of crossbar, etc, but am wondering if the Yakima LoadWarrior Cargo Basket with Extension will fit fine on a 2010 Mazda CX-9 with factory roof rails and crossbars. It appears the distance between them is about 30, but would like confirmation. Thanks!

On a roof rack the crossbar spread is measured from the center of the front bar to the center of the rear bar. The mounting hardware for the LoadWarrior cargo basket with extension, # Y07070-74, will fit the factory roof rack on your 2010 Mazda CX-9.
With the extension the roof rack crossbar spread will need to be at least 30 inches to properly support the basket. If you are close (29 inches or more) then it would still be fine.
