The Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 that you referenced will install on your Silverado at the rear license plate as shown in the linked video. The system allows you to choose either Hitch Mode, which provides visual help for hitching your trailers, or Everyday Mode. It also has beeping sensors that tell you how close you are to the objects behind you.

Installation consists of plugging in the harness at your existing 7-way and mounting the license plate frame with camera and sensors using the included hardware. If a wiring extension is needed we have a 5-foot # HM3100504060 and 25-foot # HM3100504061.
