Question:
2015 Jeep Cherokee Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket - Vehicle End. I have a jeep without wiring, but I have the Jeep hitch with a place to place the connector above, but I will be wiring using one of your kits, can I just hook up the flat 4 pin cable into the above connector?

The Pollak 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector, part # HM40975 is used when you have the factory wiring on your Cherokee. You said you have no wiring so the items you need will be different.
First, you need a 4-way connector at the back of your Jeep. I recommend part # 118605. This plugs into the wiring located behind the tail lights on your Cherokee. The run a hot lead wire to the positive battery post.
If you are planning on towing a trailer with brakes you will need a brake controller and a 7-way wiring harness. For a brake controller I recommend the P2, part # 90885 because it is easy to install and operate.
For the wiring you will need part # ETBC7. This plugs into the 4-way connector and after running wires like those shown in the attached drawing will give you a 7-way trailer connector and a 4-way connector at the rear of your Cherokee.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
I have attached a couple helpful articles you can check out.
