How is Lug Pattern Measured for 4 On 4 Inch Lug Bolt Pattern Wheels
Question:
When it says 4 on 4inch for the lug pattern are the lugs really 4inch from center to center? Mine appear to be about 3inch center to center. Thanks,

Helpful Expert Reply:
When measuring the wheel bolt pattern for 4 on 4 inch wheels, the measurement is taken on lug holes diagonally, not lug holes side by side. I recommend measuring your wheel again, center-to-center on lugs directly across from each other. The lug holes are closer than 4 inches together when measured side to side, center on center.
I've attached a photo showing this measurement on a wheel for you, as well as a help article on determining wheel bolt pattern.
