How To Determine What High-Low Adapter Is Needed When Flat-Towing
Question:
Motorhome receiver is 8 inches higher than attachment point of my RoadMaster tow bar. What on the Hi-low adapter should I use to have the tow bar be level?

You want the tow bar to be as level as possible to tow the vehicle safely. To find out what high-low adapters you need to flat tow you can take a couple measurements.You can park the towed vehicle on level ground and then measure from the ground to the bottom of the base plate arms that attach to the tow bar.
Then just measure from the ground to the top of the receiver opening on the RV.
If the RV receiver is higher as you mentioned, the difference is the amount of drop you will need in an adapter. If you find you do need 8 inches as you mentioned, I recommend an adapter like part # RM-048-8.
