Bike Rack Recommendation and Fitment on 2016 Ford Mustang with Draw-Tite Hitch 24928
Question:
Is the HR200Z a good rack choice for me? I will be using this with the drawtite hitch on my 2016 Mustang convertible and carrying 2 26 inch mountain bikes with 2.25 inch tires. Are there any other accessories for these racks that you would recommend?

I can help you find a rack to carry two bikes on your 2016 ford Mustang, but I do not recommend the # HR200Z. It just isn't a good fit for your Mustand and Draw-Tite hitch.
Instead, I would recommend the Swagman Chinook # S64683. The rack has tons of bumper clearance and will fold up to the vehicle for storage and the tilt away for easy rear of the vehicle access. This rack will accommodate your 2.25 inch tires and allow you to carry two 26 inch mountain bikes. It has plenty of clearence when in use and when folded up.
If you happen to be transporting an alternative framed bike, like women's bikes often are you will want to get a bike adapter bar like the # 64005. This will give the hook the correct angle bar to secure it into place.
Last thing I would check is to see if there are any weight limitations your 2016 Ford Mustang might have. The hitch is rated for 200lbs tongue weight but the vehicle may not be, and you will be limited by the lowest rated item, which may end up being your car. It will be listed in your owner's manual or on the placard on the inside of your driver's door frame.
I have linked a review video of the Swagman bike rack on different vehicle for you to check out some of the neat features. I have also linked all the above mentioned parts for your convenience.
