on the electric brakes code23-27, is the backing and magnets included

On brake assembly part 23-27, everything picture is included. The backing plate, brake shoes, linkage, magnet arm and magnet. The same goes for the left hand side assembly, part # 23-26.
I have linked to a video below that shows these very assemblies being installed on a trailer.
