Fifth Wheel Hitch to Fit Rail Kit of a 2016 RAM 2500

Is there an adapter to fit an older 18k Signature series hitch with a 2016 RAM factory prepped under bed rail system??

I wish there was, but the Ram underbed rail kits are much wider than what the Signature series hitches were designed to fit. There is also no adapter available for this setup either.

For an excellent fifth wheel hitch confirmed to fit your rail kit we have the B and W Companion part # BWRVK3600. The Companion hitches are among the nicest on the market. This hitch would be an excellent choice for you as many regard the Companions as the best fifth wheel hitch around.

For a 7-way to install in the bed of your truck to make connecting your trailer lights easier you would want the part # 41157. Most 7-ways will be at the rear of the truck near the bumper which doesn't work will with fifth wheel hitches.
