We have one lockable roof rack that will fit your 2015 Mini Cooper with naked roof. For it you will need SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack # 298-SX6000B. This roof rack utilizes 6 vacuum cups each rated for a pull strength of 210 lbs to secure the rack to your naked roof. I've attached a couple videos of this unique and amazing roof rack to assist. I've attached a couple videos of the installation and testing to assist.
This rack is not lockable but you can add security to any components using a cable lock like # e98891 and the cable lock anchor # 298-BA0010 when not in transit.
