I can certainly walk you through the installation of the Cable Locks and Hitch Lock for Kuat Transfer 3 # PTSCLK13. These locks are specifically designed for the Transfer 3 Bike Platform Rack TS03G.
To install the cable lock, you will need to remove the black end cap on the end of the ratcheting arm. Once the end cap is removed, you will slide the cable into the ratcheting arm and the black cap will set in the end of the arm. You will then use the included hardware to secure the cap in the end of the ratchet arm. This kit includes 3 braided-steel cable locks to secure your bikes to the rack. The cable can be pulled out, looped around the bike, and locked when needed, and will store inside the arm when not in use.
The hitch lock will attach to the end of the existing hitch pin to lock the rack to the vehicle.
