Carrying Bikes at the Back of an RV While Towing a Car on a Tow Dolly at the Same Time
Question:
Hello, I would like to use my bike rack with my tow dolly. The problem I see is I need approx. a 12inch drop to have my dolly level towing. Ill be towing less than 4000 lbs.

There are a couple of hurdles to overcome in order to be able to carry bikes while using a tow dolly at the same time. First there is the drop issue. The most amount of drop from an adapter that we have is 10-1/4 inches, # RM-048-10, which will still work even if it doesn't quite get down to 12 inches.
There aren't any dual receivers that you can use that will also have enough drop and work with a tow dolly. So what I propose is to use the above 10-1/4 drop adapter with a different kind of bike rack.
The second issue is that only certain bike racks are rated for use at the back of an RV or trailer. You could use # S64664 with the adapter but it holds just 2 bikes. If the RV also has a ladder at the back then you could potentially carry the other 2 bikes on a ladder mount carrier such as # SP501BR or # LA-102.
All of this may not seem ideal but it is the safest option for an application that has limited options.
