What is Maximum Rise of the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10035B

Question:

When the mount is in position to rise what is the height from the top of the 2inch shank to the top of the mount? My 2015 Nissan Rogue has the hitch tucked under the bumper and Im afraid with the mount flipped over in the rise position It will contact the bumper.

When used in the maximum rise position the B&W Tow & Stow 2-Ball Mount # BWTS10035B would have a distance of 3-1/2 inches from the top of the shank to the top of the ball mount platform.
