If it is a stationary hitch like the part # RP30047 you referenced you would have to install a Sidewinder to allow your trailer to turn without hitting the cab of the truck (more on that in the next paragraph). If it is a slider hitch you would just need to slide the hitch back and you would gain a lot more clearance for turning your trailer. The hitch would need to be slid forward once you were in an area where you would be going faster than parking lot speeds.

You will need to remove the pin box of the trailer and replace it with a Sidewinder pin box. Sidewinders are pin box specific so you will first need to know what pin box you have now in order to pick out the correct one.

There should be a sticker or a stamping on the OEM pin box of the trailer that will list the pin box number that is on the trailer.

Once you figure out which pin box you have you can check the FAQ I attached that has a chart that shows the correct Sidewinder to get based on which pin box you have.

For a rail kit to mount the hitch in the bed of your 2015 Ford F-150 you would want a custom fit option like the part # RP56013-53 that will minimize drilling and will install much quicker than a universal kit.
