The Pollak Trailer Connector Adapter # HM47425 that you referenced offers 7-1/2 inches between the 2 connectors, and is 14-1/2 inches long overall. This is the longest pre-wired 7-Pole round to 7-Way blade adapter that we offer.

You can use individual connectors to wire together an adapter that will have as much room between the connectors as you need. I recommend using the Bargman 7-Way Super Sealed Connector with 4 Foot Cable # 50-87-004. This 7-Way blade vehicle-end connector is pre-wired with 4 feet of cable.
