Is Fascia Trimming Required to Install Draw-Tite 75684 on 2013 Kia Sorento SX
Question:
I am undecided between a Curt C13073 and a Draw-Tite 75684 for my 2013 Kia Sorento SX V6 AWD. Do either of these hitches require trimming of the bumper? From all I have read in some applications require trimming on some Sorento models. Thank you once again.

The Curt Class III hitch # C13073 can require fascia trimming on some versions of the 2013 Kia Sorento SX as you noted. The Draw-Tite # 75684 does NOT require fascia trimming. I reviewed the installation instructions for 75684, which are linked for you, and there is no mention of this requirement for installing this hitch. My contact at Draw-Tite confirmed. The linked video illustrates the entire process on a 2013 Sorento.
Hitch installation requires mostly basic hand tools but a torque wrench like # ALL944001 is needed to ensure the included fasteners are secured to the manufacturer's specs as shown in the instructions.
If you have the tow package you can use wiring harness # C56332 to have a 4-pole flat trailer connector on the car. If you do NOT have the tow package, then instead use harness # C59496.
