Can a 130 pound woman fold it up by herself?

Good news, I can tell you as a 130lb woman myself, I am able to fold up this etrailere rack # e98874 with ease. The most challenging part was inserting the clip into the pin after it was folded up. With some repositioning, I was able to do this no problem.
