Tailgate Lock for a 2015 Ford F-150 without a Factory Tailgate Lock

I have a Ford F150 with no lock on the tailgate. Can I install #PAL8250 with a manual lock also? With a tonneau cover and a power lock Im concerned I would not be able to access the back if the power lock failed.

Pop&Lock tailgate lock # PAL8250 only works if your 2015 Ford F-150 tailgate has a lock so it will not work for your truck. You would need to use # PAL2500 which is a manual lock and key style lock. I have included a link to a video review of this lock for you.
