Roof Rack and Surf Board Carrier for 2008 Toyota Yaris

Question:

Hi I am wanting to lug my 9ft longboard surfboard around but have a 2008 Toyota Yaris. Do you think that your rack you have for the 2008 Yaris work for this size of board? The rack Im referring to is SR1002. Thanks! Dont have a lot to spend.

The SportRack # SR1002 roof rack system fits your 2008 Toyota Yaris and is a very cost-effective rack if that is your primary goal.

It fits both sedan and hatchback styles. Once installed the rack's two crossbars will be positioned 30-inches apart. This will provide a base for your longboard and its carrier. The rack has a 130-lb capacity but its a good idea to also check your Yaris owner's manual just in case the car's roof itself has a lower weight rating.
