We do not carry Reese base plates, and to my knowledge, they do not make them.
There is a tow bar adapter, # RM-025, available to allow you to use Roadmaster Baseplates with the Reese Tow Bar.
As you found, the base plate kit we have for your B2500 is part # 483-1. I assume the Reese Tow Bar you are wanting to use is part # 63180. You will need an adapter, part # RM-025, in order to get the Reese Tow Bar to mate with the Roadmaster base plates. Keep in mind that this tow bar is rated for towing speeds of 45 miles per hour or less.
A better tow bar option would be the RoadMaster Tracker Tow Bar, # RM-020, which is designed for towing long distances and more frequently. With this tow bar you will need a set of Quick Disconnects, # RM-201, to easily connect and disconnect the tow bar from the base plates.
I have provided a link to several articles that should be helpful when figuring out all of the items needed for flat towing a vehicle.
