The Kats Heater # KH11811 is a cartridge style engine block heater that DOES include the AC power cord shown on the item's web page and in the attached photo. This 400-watt engine block heater can be used with a water/antifreeze blend (but not straight 100% antifreeze). Always be sure to unplug the heater and secure the cord before starting your engine.
