How Long is the Curt Stabilization Strap 18050

Would like to know the length of the strap.

The Curt stabilization strap # 18050 comes in two parts. The shorter part with the loop that fits around the bike carrier mast is 18 inches long overall from the end of the buckle to the end of the closed loop. The longer end is 63-1/2 inches long from the end of the hook to the buckle. I have linked some videos on this strap for you.
