Replacement Slide Recommendation for a Demco DA91 Actuator

8759121 I need this one but with the slide? I have the whole DA91 unit but with a damaged 11079-?? slide. I am think I would like to replace the whole unit?

For just the replacement slide unit for your DA91 actuator you would need the part # DM5942.

The Actuator part # 8759121 that you referenced has a slide mechanism built into it already and would work well.
