Torque specs vary depending on the lug size, wheel size and wheel material. The linked chart shows you the lug nut specs for various combinations. These will also apply for lug bolts like Redline # RG02-020.

For example, for a 15-inch steel wheel secured with a 1/2-inch lug bolt use a torque range of 90 to 120-ft-lbs.
