Would the Thule Canyon work for my 2011 Express 3500 Passenger van Id like to get a cargo carrier for my Express van. Could I use this + an extension + the Thule Roof Rack

Yes, you can install a Thule roof rack and cargo basket on your 2011 Chevy Express Van using the following parts:
69 inch Thule ProBar Evo, part # TH713600
Rapid Gutter Feet, part # TH65BJ
Then you can use the Canyon, # TH859XT, with the extension # TH8591XT. I have linked a review video of the Canyon for you.
