Replacement Wheel Studs and Lug Nuts for a 2011 Crossroads Cruiser 5th Wheel Trailer
Question:
I am replacing some damaged wheel studs on a 2011 crossroads cruiser fifth wheel. The K12WB2 stud looks identical to the original studs except it is 3/16 of an inch longer. The original studs appear to be a little short to me. The lug nuts are 1-3/4 inch deep so it seems the extra length would not be a problem. The brake assembly and hub are 12/2. Please advise if these will work and which lug nuts to purchase.

The first thing to check is if the hubs have studs that are driven in or that are threaded in. Stud # K12WB2 is a drive-in type so if you have ones that thread in it would not work.
If they are drive-in then you will want to check the picture I have included that shows all the measurements to determine if they will fit properly in the hub.
This stud takes a 1/2"-20 lug nut such as # CE11051. This is an open-ended lug nut so the additional length of the studs would not be a problem. Or your could go with # 12CLN-L which has enough depth or would be preferred if you have aluminum wheels.
