What Are Bolts For On Side Of Lippert Trailair Rota-Flex 5th Wheel Pin Box
Question:
what is the purpose of the two bolts, one on each side of the pin box. You can clearly see them in the picture. Sit just inside the yellow half- circle. Came from dealer on my 2014 Palomino Columbus 320rs. Love the hitch. No problems. Just cannot find any reference to these bolts..

The bolts you have on each side of the pin box are the bolts that hold the pivoting head to the pin box.
The pivoting head helps reduce jarring and chucking because of the cushioned compound built into the head.
