can the x-5 be used on Draw-Tite under bed goose neck hitch

No, the Curt X-5 adapter # C16210 will not fit a Draw-Tite gooseneck trailer hitch. But if your Draw-Tite hitch is a Hide-A-Goose you can use the Hi Rise adapter, # 9480. I have linked a video featuring this adapter.
Another option is to use the Anderson Ranch Hitch # AM3100. It can attach to any standard 2-5/16 inch gooseneck ball. I have linked a video review of this adapter as well.
