To add a 7-Way trailer connector to your 2006 Honda Pilot you will first have to install a 4-Way using # 118336. I have linked a video showing how it installs.
Next, to add a 7-Way (and also retain the use of the 4-Way) you will need installation kit # ETBC7. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
For a brake controller, if needed, I recommend the P2 # 90885. This is one of our most popular controllers because of how easy it is to set up and use and its reliability.
