I have included a link to all of the hitch options for your 2011 Buick Regal. I personally recommend the Curt, # C12115. This hitch is economical, offers bolt-on installation so no drilling or welding required, and with a capacity of 350 lbs for tongue weight and 3500 lbs for towing, would have sufficient capacity to tow the jetski.
In addition to the hitch you may also still need the following:
Ball Mount # C45017
Pin and Clip # F-4
Hitch Ball # 19258 for 2 inch or # 19256 for 1-7/8 inch
Trailer Wiring # C59496
Please keep in mind that although many owners elect to install a hitch receiver on their vehicle, Buick states in the owner's manual that the Regal is neither designed nor intended to tow a trailer. Due to the fact that Buick does not intend for this vehicle to be used for towing, they do not provide a towing or tongue weight capacity for your vehicle so in this case the best advice that I can provide would be to not exceed the tongue weight capacity of the hitch or the total load capacity of your vehicle. The total load capacity is the combined weight of occupants plus all cargo and luggage.
