Easy Way to Initially Adjust Self Adjusting Nev-R-Adjust Trailer Brake Assemblies
Question:
I installed self adjusting all wheels. Can I adjust by slowly driving and lightly braking and releasing repeatedly?

Helpful Expert Reply:
Yes you can. Self adjusting trailer brake assemblies can easily be set up initially by applying the brakes several time. I would just find an empty parking lot near you and apply and release the brakes while moving several times until you feel the brakes reach adjustment.
It will feel like the brakes are getting more and more powerful and you will most likely need to back the power of your brake control off more and more as you go.
