Availability of 5th Wheel Frame Brackets to Install Pullrite 2900 on a 2015 Ram 3500

Question:

I need a instll kit for my ram 3500 crew cab 4x4 pick up .I have taken the hitch from my F150 and putting it in my ram 3500 I have a pullrite #2900 18khitch and I have the rails with the hitch do you sell a install kit with just the brackets and hardware not including the rails part # RP56010-53 includes the rails ?

The Pullrite 2900 is designed for industry standard 5th wheel rails, so it would work with the Reese # RP56010-53 install kit you mentioned. For just the frame brackets and hardware, you'd need part # RP56010.

However, because the Reese frame brackets and your existing bed rails (assuming they weren't manufactured by Reese) have not been tested together, so their capacity as a unit would be unknown. This is why we recommend using bed rails and frame brackets from the same manufacturer so not only will everything fit properly, but the weight rating of the set-up will be confirmed. I'd recommend going with the full # RP56010-53 install kit, or getting brackets from the same manufacturer as your bed rails. We offer frame brackets from Curt, Husky and Demco, so if they manufactured your existing bed rails, we can get compatible brackets.
