Can Roller Bunks be Used on an Easy Load Boat Trailer with 14 Foot Lund Boat

Question:

I have a 14 foot Lund boat that has been altertered with 5/8 plywood steering wheel etc. about 125lbs on the tong of the trailer , the trailer is a easy loader with carpet runners , being that the boat is a 14w Lund and heavy , what do you suggest for rollers or can I put rollers on top of the bunks? I have tried plastic runners 3 on each side of the bunks did not work any ideas thanks

Rollers are going to make loading and unloading the boat much easier. You can put rollers such as # DL21741 on the bunks you already have but you will need to make adjustments to position the rollers in the right places.

You will need the rollers to reach the length of the bunks. Roller bunks # DL21741 includes two 5-foot long sections that have a combined capacity of 3,000 pounds. These rollers can be mounted directly to the bunks you have or you could remove the bunks and use brackets # DL21742 to mount the roller bunks.
