Just tring to figure why timbren came off have you heard of this happening . Installed per instructions

This is extremely rare and I can only imagine this happening if the springs were incorrectly installed, or were in the wrong location, under an extremely heavy load, or possibly having the wrong system installed.

Per the instructions, there should only be a gap between 1/2 to 1-1/2 inches when the vehicle is empty. That gap is eliminated when the vehicle has a load added. The Timbren system is designed to work with a suspension system that is in good working order.

We haven't had any issues with the Timbren part #TDR1500DQ coming out of the bump stop cup when used. The factory bump stops are also pressed in and they don't have a tendency to fall out either.
