Dual Hitch Adapter for Towing PWC Trailer and Carrying Bike Rack
Question:
I think I need a dual hitch so that I can add a 2 bike rack to the top hole and still be able to tow my 2 seadoos with the bottom hole. Is this the way to go? What do you recommend? I have a 2003 ford explorer. Thanks

The Curt Ball Mount part # D210 would work well for you. It is a ball mount that has a hitch opening above it that you could use for a bike rack.
I attached a review video for you to check out for more info as well.
The # RM-077-2 that you referenced should only be used for flat towing a vehicle and is not rated for trailering use.
