Parts Needed to Tow a Fifth Wheel Trailer with a 2013 Ford F-150

Question:

I have a 2013 F-150 crew cab with 51/2foot bed. My fifth wheel camper has a Reese revolution pin box install on it. Is there anything else I need to install the fifth wheel hitch?

Since you have a Reese Revolution pin box on your trailer you will be able to tow a trailer with your 2013 Ford F-150 that has a 5-1/2 foot bed. You will need a stationary hitch and a fifth wheel rail kit.

For a rail kit you would want to use a custom install kit like part # RP50081-58. This will minimize drilling and install in about half the time as a universal kit. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.

For a hitch the Reese Fifth Wheel Hitch part # RP30047 would work great. This hitch has a jaw system that provided 360 degrees of contact so it should work well and provide a smooth towing experience.
